Job Description:

Kingdom Services Group has a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join our team working within a student accommodation site in Liverpool, L1 area.

The Concierge Security Officer is responsible for providing a secure and welcoming environment for residents.

This role balances customer service with security tasks to ensure safety and address public needs.

When: We’re looking to fill this position ASAP!

Salary: £12.21 per hour.

Hours: Approximately 48 hours per week, shifts as per site rota: 4 on 4 off, Monday - Sunday, 20:00-08:00.

Key Responsibilities:

Note: This list is not exhaustive; additional relevant tasks may be assigned:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, or employees professionally and courteously
• Manage sign-in/out, check IDs, and issue visitor passes
• Maintain visitor logs and prevent unauthorized access
• Control building access points, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
• Manage key control procedures
• Implement security protocols for breaches or suspicious behavior
• Conduct patrols to identify security risks
• Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Handle emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or hazards
• Report and document security incidents thoroughly
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed

About you:

• Professional approach with sound judgment and attention to detail
• Experience in similar roles is desirable but not essential
• Valid SIA license or in application process
• Full five-year employment history
• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by Kingdom)
