An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Concierge / Resident Services Officer to join their prestigious front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while managing queries and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness. Salary:Circa £33k per annum
Location: High-End Residential Development, London W2
Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, Sunday 8am–12pm
Working on Bank Holidays Required | 28 Days Paid Annual Leave

We’re recruiting an experienced and professional Concierge / Resident Services Officer to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious, luxury residential building. The Role:
As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, your duties will include:
Welcoming residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
Handling queries, deliveries, and service requests efficiently
Monitoring building access, visitor logs, and CCTV
Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor access
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of common areas
Supporting emergency procedures and ensuring health & safety standards are met
