ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Concierge will be to create a positive and lasting first impression of the company. You will answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide high-quality service to residents.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and directing all visitors, making them feel welcome
  • Operating the switchboard; handling external and internal calls from residents, taking and passing on messages
  • Monitoring the bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
  • Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively
