What you'll do

As a Residential Concierge, you will be the trusted point of contact for residents, delivering personalized and seamless service. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming and discreet environment where residents feel supported and valued. Your responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, understanding their preferences, and tailoring services accordingly.
• Acting as the main liaison between residents and the Building Manager, ensuring professional communication.
• Responding promptly to resident requests, assisting with local reservations, in-home support, and more.
• Managing administrative tasks such as mail and parcel distribution, maintaining delivery logs, and record-keeping.
• Assisting in property presentations to potential tenants, collaborating with the management team.
• Managing requests like handyman services, maintenance logging, parking arrangements, and building access.
• Providing flexible solutions to resident requests and resolving operational challenges discreetly.

You’ll be a calm, trusted presence, ensuring residents’ needs are met with warmth, discretion, and a five-star service ethic.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

• A passion for delivering exceptional service in luxury residential or hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of the London concierge landscape and ability to provide informed recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise effectively with residents, management, and service teams.
• Fluent English with professional communication skills.
• A warm, composed, and professional demeanor with high-net-worth individuals.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in residential concierge, hotel front-of-house, or guest relations roles.
• Knowledge of property services, maintenance coordination, and front desk technology.
• Experience handling confidential information and understanding luxury service standards.
• Collaborative approach with property and facilities teams.
