Job Overview:
We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at a residential or commercial development in Harrow. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Job Title: Concierge


Location: Harrow, London


Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)


Salary: Competitive


Start Date: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and deliveries
  • Maintain a secure and safe environment by monitoring CCTV, controlling access, and reporting incidents
  • Assist residents and guests with general enquiries or concerns
  • Log and manage keys, parcels, and maintenance requests
  • Liaise with property management and support teams as needed
  • Ensure the lobby and communal areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and confident communication
  • Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or front-of-house role – preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use security or building management systems
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure
  • Right to work in the UK

Schedule:

Monday 8:00am - 16:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am - 16:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am - 16:00pm

Thursday 8:00am - 16:00pm

Friday 8:00am - 16:00pm
