Temp All Staffing are seeking a dedicated and proactive Concierge Manager, on behalf of our client, to oversee guest services of a reputable apartment complex. You will be responsible for providing personalised assistance and service to residents.

Shifts

  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm

The Role

  • Supervise daily operations of the apartment complex, and ensure the smooth operation of the building
  • Provide personalised assistance and service to residents
  • Act as a first point of contact for residents inquiries, upload high standards of etiquette when handling inquiries
  • Act as a first point of contact for residents, uphold high standards of etiquette when handling customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents requiring light cleaning/ maintenance duties
  • Taking in post
  • Keeping an accurate log of number plates, flagging any unapproved access

Your Experience/ Requirements

  • Proven experience in working as a duty manager or concierge manager, ideally within a private apartment, or hotel environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Must drive or live within a walkable distance to the apartment complex
