Your new responsibilities:
- Provide quality service to residents and ensure individual requests are handled efficiently and promptly.
- Assist with the security of residents and the building at all times, maintaining safety for all residents and visitors.
- Handle requests and inquiries to the Concierge Department (in person, email, phone) professionally and timely.
- Accept and issue residents’ parcels.
- Greet residents, guests, and clients professionally, demonstrating a stand-to-greet service.
- Maintain communication systems within the estate, including telephones, radios, intercoms, and life systems.
- Ensure access is restricted to authorized persons only.
- Issue visitor parking permits and explain onsite parking procedures.
- Coordinate with security staff and communicate any concerns or incidents.
- Liaise with cleaning staff regarding rubbish removal and follow operating procedures.
- Report security, health, safety issues, incidents, or complaints accurately.
- Safeguard security keys, following standard procedures, and issue only to authorized personnel.
- Participate in cross-training with other resort departments.
- Respond to resident inquiries via the b. Life system, ensuring ticket time constraints are met.
- Handle residents’ dry cleaning/laundry with proper documentation.
- Audit apartment and estate keys during night shifts, following up on missing keys.
- Proactively address maintenance and cleaning issues within the estate.
- Maintain a safe environment for all residents and staff.
- Handle personal data securely, comply with GDPR, and lock computers when unattended.
- Report accidents and record them appropriately.
- Manage lobby lighting timings.
- Handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively, especially during queues or challenging interactions.
