Shift Details: Night position, 8 pm-8 am as and when required

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Concierge.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Concierge will be to create a positive and lasting first impression of the company by answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing high-quality service to residents.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and directing visitors, making them feel welcome
  • Operating the switchboard; handling external and internal calls from residents, taking and passing on messages
  • Monitoring the bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
  • Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively
