A leading hotel chain in Woking is seeking a Guest Services professional to serve as a primary contact for guests, providing information and support. The role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and flexibility in working hours. This position offers a rate of £12.27 per hour, along with various benefits including meals, travel discounts, and holiday allowances.

Our hotel showcases 189 guest rooms, including 12 exclusive suites. Guests will immerse themselves in the warm ambiance of our lobby bar, GLOW, indulge in culinary delights at the all-dining restaurant, OXBO, and enjoy breath-taking views at the chic Sky Bar, LOFT. The success of our hotel relies on hosting Meetings & Events for up to 500 guests, making it imperative to assemble a high-performing team committed to delivering the ultimate guest experience across all areas of our business.
Please note this role will work on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday with a mix of early and late shifts. We do therefore require candidates to be flexible to work across the week
