Weekend Concierge

About The Role
  • If you enjoy working with people from all walks of life, have experience working in a busy environment, and have a great eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!
  • The main purpose of this role is to ensure our premises are safe, secure, and uphold Adullam standards.
  • We support people with multiple and complex needs, including those who have lost their homes or have been rough sleeping.
  • As a Concierge, you will be responsible for maintaining the facilities, including health and security of the centre, reviewing CCTV, ensuring the safety of tenants/residents/service users, and some cleaning duties.
  • Your primary goal will be to keep our building safe, secure, and in good order.
  • The role involves 25 hours over the weekend.
  • You will provide a professional service and work within the Association’s Policies and Procedures.
  • Building effective relationships with colleagues and contributing to the values, culture, and ethos of the organization are also important.

  • Awareness of issues faced by vulnerable individuals and those with multiple disadvantages.
  • Proven experience as a Concierge.
  • An organized individual capable of multitasking.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace, including COSHH.
  • Ability to move equipment around the building efficiently.
  • Ability to demonstrate our values and work within our Christian ethos.
