Job description

We are looking for a highly professional and discreet Concierge to support an UHNW family with a significant portfolio of luxury properties across London. This is a full-time, London-based role suited to someone with exceptional organisational skills, a calm and composed manner, and a deep understanding of high-end service. As the Concierge, you will be liaising with household staff and external contractors to ensure each property is perfectly maintained -whether the family is in residence or abroad.

During periods when the family is in London, the role will require you to provide a truly bespoke Concierge service. This includes everything from household maintenance and coordinating specialist services to arranging top-tier restaurant reservations, securing last-minute or hard-to-get tickets, booking private chefs, organising doctors’ appointments, and responding to a wide range of personal requests. These busy times will demand flexibility, responsiveness, and a willingness to be on call as needed, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.

The ideal Concierge will be flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of moving between several London properties, with a company vehicle provided (a full UK driving licence is essential). You’ll divide your time between the residences and a central London office, with opportunities to work from home once trust is established and the role is fully understood.
