Job Description

Portico are on the lookout for a Day Concierge to join our team based at an exclusive residential development in the City.

We are looking for people who excel with people and for whom, no request is too much. The Concierge will be there to provide a friendly face and a helping hand for the residents. Ultimately, ensuring that the residents’ every need is met!

The successful candidate will need to be organised with a proactive approach, as they will balance duties such as courier parcels; taking ownership for contractors and keys; anticipating any resident needs; prompt welcome on arrival for all residents and visitors following up and ensuring that the resident expectations are met and many more complex requests.

Hours: 38.5 hours per week. With shifts between 7am-7pm, 4 days on 4 days off but flexibility is key - This is a dedicated cover role and you will be required to work days and nights

Salary: £34,300

Qualifications

It is desirable for applicants to have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star service within either a customer service or hospitality environment. Experience operating in a built To rent property is preferable.

1+ years experience in a similar role in a residential location, must hold a SIA licence, including CCTV operation, Hospitality background preferred.
