As a Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
As a Concierge, you will be working on 12 hours shifts on a rotating basis, Monday to Sunday. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and possible night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be successful Concierge candidate, you must be good at multi-tasking, have good command of written and spoken English. Experience using HMS systems such as Infor & Alliants is desirable, while knowledge of the local area and attractions is ideal.
