Job Title – Residential Concierge

Salary:£26,160 per annum (plus benefits)

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a luxurious setting? We’re seeking a dynamic concierge to join our team at an upscale apartment block in Liverpool City Centre. Our residents include international students and professionals, and we wish for them to be greeted by someone who is both professional and friendly.

The Residential Concierge, will be the first point of contact for the residents within this stunning city centre apartment block, therefore must obtain an approachable persona. The successful candidate will be joining our growing team and will have the chance for career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV and conduct regular grounds patrols
• Provide friendly assistance to residents
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism
• Work 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off, alternating days and nights)
• Be the point of call for any residential enquiries

Requirements:

• Residential Experience:Previous work in residential properties preferred
• Reliable: Reliability is key, as well as always being punctual
• Customer-Centric:A genuine people person who is happy to help
• Forward-Thinking:Always seeking ways to enhance resident satisfaction
• Immediate Availability:Start date ASAP
