We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Concession Store Manager for our Mamas & Papas concession at Westwood Cross within M&S, based in Broadstairs. This role involves leading and inspiring a team of 8 to create memorable experiences for our customers, especially new and expectant parents.

At Mamas & Papas, we are the UK's largest specialist baby and nursery retailer, known for our award-winning products and growth through new store openings and partnerships. We offer a 12-month fixed-term contract with opportunities to make the store your own with flexibility and job security.

Ideal candidates include Assistant Managers or Deputy Managers with a strong customer experience background looking to step into store management, or current Store Managers passionate about customer service and innovation.
