Job description

Responsibilities: 1 store visit a week for 1.5 hours only! Great for a second job in Malton near Scarborough:

Travel is required to various stores within your assigned route.

1. Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits.
2. Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Centre.
3. Implement and execute the Planogram in line with In-Store Presentation guidelines.
4. Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
5. Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements.
6. Ensure markdowns are in line with operational requirements.
7. Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom).
8. Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
9. Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure proper scanning.
10. Proactively look for and suggest ways to improve sales performance.
11. Keep the Concession area clean and tidy at all times, ensuring products are not left on the floor.
12. Lead and train partner team by example, demonstrating good product knowledge.
13. Provide regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager on performance, offering feedback and recommendations for improvement.
