Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Visit assigned stores to merchandise, including Tesco Helston, Asda Hayle, Morrisons Penzance, and Asda Falmouth.
  2. Travel time and mileage are paid at 45p per mile and £12.21 per hour.
  3. Perform store visits to recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop.
  4. Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center.
  5. Implement and execute the Planogram according to In-Store Presentation guidelines.
  6. Replenish stock from fixtures and stockroom to ensure products are available on the sales floor.
  7. Manage promotions and sales in line with operational requirements.
  8. Apply markdowns as required by operational standards.
  9. Organize extra stock in designated areas such as storage and stockroom.
  10. Process empty cards, transfers, and damages appropriately.
  11. Verify style numbers in the concession system for proper scanning.
  12. Proactively suggest improvements to sales performance.
  13. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the concession area, ensuring products are not left on the floor.
  14. Lead and train team members by example, demonstrating good product knowledge.
  15. Provide regular updates on concession performance to the District Sales Manager, including feedback and improvement suggestions.
