Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Travel is required to various stores within your assigned route. The driver will be required to travel between stores. Travel time & mileage are paid between stores and are in addition to the 4.5 hours.
  • Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits.
  • Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center.
  • Implement and execute the Planogram in line with In-Store Presentation guidelines.
  • Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
  • Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements.
  • Ensure markdowns are in line with operational requirements.
  • Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom).
  • Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
  • Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure proper scanning.
  • Proactively look for and suggest ways to improve sales performance.
  • Keep the Concession area clean and tidy at all times, ensuring products are not left on the floor.
  • Lead and train partner team by example, demonstrating good product knowledge.
  • Provide regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager on concession performance, with feedback and recommendations for improvement.
