Job Description:

The Swatch Group is an international group active in the manufacture and sale of watches, jewelry, watch movements, and components. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced retail professional for the role of Concession Manager in Knightsbridge, London. The successful candidate will:

1. Manage and motivate the store team, ensuring high customer service standards.
2. Implement training programs and conduct performance reviews.
3. Oversee security, stock control, and reporting activities.
4. Drive sales and ensure the store meets its targets.
5. Maintain store appearance and health & safety standards.
6. Communicate effectively with staff and customers, and develop product knowledge.
7. Ensure proper merchandising and visual standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. Experience with international customers and knowledge of Swatch products are a plus. Fluency in multiple languages is preferred but not essential.
