Job Description:

Arc is recruiting experienced BAR MANAGERS to work at a series of CONCERTS and MUSIC EVENTS across the summer in Margate. Up to 70 events are scheduled throughout the season.

This is ongoing work from May through October, including a variety of artists, from throwback hits to emerging bands.

Shifts will primarily be on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, approximately from 3 pm to 12 am per event.

The role involves operating and managing a bar. Candidates must have previous bar management experience, ideally possess a personal license, and be over 18 years old.

Pay Rate: dependent on experience and the number of staff managed.
