What You'll Do:

The role of Creative at 160/90 is to be a storyteller and creative problem solver who finds new and unexpected ways to drive results for our clients.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  1. You’ll work on a variety of projects including experiential, integrated campaigns, brand experiences, design, content creation, and partnership activation as part of the London team.
  2. You’ll collaborate with established creatives and designers, contributing creatively and using your design skills or your ability to generate culturally insightful ideas.
  3. You’ll be integral to cross-discipline teams that develop concepts addressing client briefs in innovative ways.
  4. You’ll participate in presenting concepts to clients as part of the creative team.
  5. You should be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends when needed.
  6. Teamwork and collaboration are essential.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Proactive interest in design, creativity, and cultural topics (fashion, sport, music, entertainment, art), sharing insights with peers and integrating them into your work.
  • Experience in an agency or creative team, understanding how an agency operates.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills for creating presentations that convey research and ideas to clients.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand human behavior.

We’d Love If You Also Have These:

  • Experience or understanding of writing and art directing content or film treatments.
  • A passion for creativity outside of work, visiting art and design exhibitions, and sharing your perspective.
  • Social media expertise; creating and sharing content within your network.
