Job summary

Bighams Limited is seeking a Concept Technologist to support NFD and EFD managers from concept to handover. You will liaise with chefs, procurement, technical and supply chain teams to ensure accurate recipe setup, costing and timely concept delivery.

The role requires a Food Technology or Food Science degree and a proactive, detail-oriented communicator with strong analytical skills. Based in Park Royal, London, the position offers permanent status and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Support chefs in accurate recipe setup on P74 and costings.
• Validate concepts for cooking and shelf life, ensuring brand and nutrition guidelines.
• Collaborate with procurement, technical, and supply chain teams on materials and pricing.
• Prepare concept documentation and present to stakeholders as needed.
