Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is assisting a high-achieving secondary school in Manchester to recruit a Computing Teacher for a full-time temporary position starting ASAP. The role focuses on delivering Computing across KS3 and KS4, emphasising programming, computational thinking and wider digital technologies.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, differentiate for abilities, assess progress and contribute to curriculum development, while supporting GCSE preparation where required.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in Computing and confidence delivering Computing in a secondary setting.
• Experience developing students’ programming and digital skills.
• Ability to differentiate effectively for different abilities and provide constructive feedback.
