Job summary

REESON Education is seeking a Computer Science Teacher for a good East London secondary school in Tower Hamlets, with an immediate start. The role is initially a one-month contract with potential extension and full-time hours.

You will teach Computer Science and ICT across the secondary age range, plan engaging lessons, assess progress, and support SEND and EAL learners. QTS is preferred; availability from September for at least one month.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Computer Science / ICT in a UK secondary school.
• Strong Computer Science curriculum knowledge.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Ability to plan, teach and assess confidently.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and student progress.
• Available from the start of September for at least one month.
• QTS is preferred, though experienced CS specialists will be considered.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Computer Science Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Tower Hamlets from September.

The school requires a Computer Science Teacher initially for one month, although there is a good possibility that the position will continue through to the October half term.

ABOUT THE COMPUTER SCIENCE TEACHER ROLE

The successful Computer Science Teacher will:

• Teach Computer Science and ICT across the secondary age range
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons

• The ability to plan, teach and assess confidently
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and student progress
• Availability from the start of September for a minimum of one month
• QTS is preferred, although experienced Computer Science specialists will also be considered
