We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school team. Responsibilities

• Duties as Computer Science Teacher:
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 if applicable)
• Teaching key topics such as programming, algorithms, data representation, networks, and cybersecurity
• Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations, ensuring high levels of progress and achievement
• Encouraging creativity, innovation, and resilience through project-based learning and practical tasks
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing effective feedback and support
• Contributing to the wider school community, including extracurricular clubs such as coding or robotics

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Have experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level
• Be passionate about technology and able to engage students of all abilities
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills as a Computer Science Teacher
