Job summary

Teaching-Tomorrow is seeking a passionate Key Stage 3 Computer Teacher to join a Good OFSTED secondary school in Luton.

The role is fixed-term and part-time (Thursdays and Fridays) starting ASAP, with the possibility of extension beyond October half term. You will deliver high-quality KS3 computer science lessons, support student progress, and foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment. Suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers; enhanced DBS updates or willingness to obtain one required.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or relevant teaching qualifications and proven classroom experience.
• Recent experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
• Strong subject knowledge within your specialism.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3.
• Teach the computer science curriculum, including programming and internet safety.
• Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour and assess student progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer science and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.The role is suitable for ECT and Experienced teachers.
