What we’re looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Computer Science or related field

Experience teaching Computer Science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS5 experience desirable)

A strong understanding of programming, algorithms, computer systems, and digital literacy

A proactive approach to teaching with excellent classroom management

Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging Computer Science lessons

Teaching students how to think computationally and solve problems creatively

Using a variety of teaching methods to support a range of learning styles

Monitoring, assessing, and tracking student progress

Promoting digital responsibility and online safety in the classroom

Collaborating with colleagues to develop the computing curriculum and share best practices
