Job summary

Academics Ltd in Hull and the East Riding is seeking passionate Computer Science teachers to join a network of secondary schools across Kingston Upon Hull and the surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced CS specialist or an ECT, we want to hear from you and offer flexible day-to-day supply, short-term assignments and long-term placements.

You will inspire students with programming, algorithms and digital literacy while maintaining strong classroom management.

Qualifications

• Qualified Computer Science teachers or ECTs with classroom experience.
• Passion for programming, algorithms, computational thinking and digital literacy.
• Ability to engage and motivate secondary students.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexible approach and willingness to support students' success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging CS lessons across different secondary grade levels.
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse learner needs.
• Collaborate with school staff and Academics to place candidates.
• Provide feedback and assess student progress.
