We're seeking a candidate ready to operate CNC lathes and milling machines, ensuring high-quality first-off parts, and collaborating with quality and programming teams to maintain smooth, accurate production. What you’ll be doing:

• Operating CNC machines (lathe or milling) with minimal supervision
• Performing test runs and first-off inspections using micrometers, verniers, and gauges
• Fine-tuning offsets, feeds, and speeds to meet specifications
• Troubleshooting issues such as tool wear, chatter, or alignment
• Collaborating with programmers and QC to ensure accuracy
• Adhering to safety and quality standards

You’ll need:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a CNC Operator (lathe, milling, or both) with Doosan/Tormach machines
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
• Confidence in setting tool offsets and using manual inspection tools
• Basic G-code knowledge and experience with CNC control panels (e.g., FANUC)
• A proactive attitude and a desire to grow into setup and programming roles

Even better if you have:

• Experience setting CNC machines under supervision
• Exposure to lean manufacturing, 5S, or high-precision, small-batch work
• Experience with multi-axis or live tooling machines
