We have a great opening available to allow you to work within a CNC precision machine shop environment as a skilled CNC Miller and Turner. Milling is an essential skillset, turning would be very desirable.
This exciting opportunity is based from our Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Ampthill, Bedfordshire and benefits from a 4 Day Working Week (Mon – Thu).
Your Role in Shaping the Future:
You will be involved in machine and fixture setting, tool selection and tool set up, setting work and tool offsets, proving out and editing of CNC programs, machining of products in high grade aluminium, peak, titanium and composite carbon fibre materials on multiple machine tools including 4 and 5 axis machining centres with various programming languages to include Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc to produce medium size R&D and low volume production component parts all of high value.
