Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Coventry CV3 for a day shift (09:30 start, finishing earlier on Fridays). This role starts as temporary, with conversion to permanent after 12 weeks. The position pays £12.96 per hour for a 39-hour week.

You will work in a small team, performing loading/unloading, stock putaway, picking/packing, quality checks, and potential returns processing. Training may be provided for operating MHE in the future.

Qualifications

• Attitude is key for this role - if you genuinely want to learn and commit this could be fully trained.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Available to work days shifts between 09:30-18:00
• Computer literacy required - you may need to update return logs
• Proactive nature - initiative to help out team members and organise the warehouse if you have spare time.
• Happy with manual handling - items typically weigh 5–15kg, up to 40kg with 2 people

Temp-Perm after 12 weeks

£12.96 per hour - 39 hours per week

We are currently hiring for a reliable, proactive and computer literate warehouse operative in the CV3 area.

This role will be working in a small, closeknit team of hardworking individuals with good morale.

Duties will include:

• Loading and unloading containers
• Putaway and replenishing stock
• Picking and packing
• Quality checking stock
• Potentially processing returns (Keen eye for detail and computer literacy required)
• Potentially operating MHE if trained in the future (Counterbalance and Bendi)

What do you need to be considered?

• Happy with manual handling - most items are aprox 5-15kg however at times items can weigh up to 40kg (2 person lift)
