Job summary

Blank Space Recruitment Ltd is seeking a CAD Technician for an events services company. You will produce proposals and construction drawings using customised templates, creating plans, elevations, sections and isometric views for varied applications.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, senior stakeholders, clients and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery while maintaining strong communication and prioritising multiple projects in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD experience in events/engineering/fabrication/construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and workload prioritisation.

The Role

Reporting into the Design Manager, the CAD Technician will use customised templates to produce specific proposals and build ready construction drawings. These will include plans, elevations, sections & isometric views for various applications within this bespoke industry. The role will involved internal collaboration with Project Managers, senior stakeholders as well as clients and suppliers.

About you

We are seeking a strong background in using AutoCAD software ideally in the events, engineering, fabrication or construction industries as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines. The role will require strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. This is an office based role.
