Job summary

adi Healy Compressor Services is seeking an experienced Compressed Air Engineer to join our expanding service team. You will service, diagnose, repair and install oil-flooded and oil-free systems across the Midlands and nationwide for major blue-chip clients.

You will work hands-on, both mechanically and electrically, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely reporting. This role rewards proactive problem solving and strong customer relationships, with opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar compressed air engineering role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload and travel.
• OEM training and electrical qualifications.
• Oil-free compressor experience would be beneficial.
• F-Gas certification would be beneficial.
• Experience with N₂/O₂ generation systems, dryers, or central control systems.
• Computer literate skills for paperless reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing oil-flooded and oil-free compressed air systems.
• Conducting accurate mechanical and electrical fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship are consistently met.
• Completing all service reports and documentation accurately and within required timescales.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, upselling and service growth.
• Working collaboratively with the wider service and management teams to deliver service excellence.
