About the Company:

We're partnered with a growing company in the compressed air & vacuums market, based just north of London. They offer specialism in the sales, installation, and servicing of compressed air and vacuum systems, and pride themselves on their positive company culture & clear plan to continue growing the business. They're renowned for their quality services

Joining their dynamic quality team based just above North London, my client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to grow & expand the business. You'll be responsible for both servicing & maintaining compressed air & vacuum equipment across an array of industries including Pharmaceuticals, Dentistry, Manufacturing & Food and beverage. The ideal candidate will have time served, a hunger for learning new skills & be open to training.


Key Responsibilities:

· Servicing & maintaining compressed air & vacuum equipment on customer sites across a variety of industries including Dentistry, Food & Beverage alongside Pharma (amongst others).

· Responsible for service & maintenance on both a Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance basis.

· Carry out servicing & maintenance work by using a mixture of mechanical & electrical skills.

· Responsible for assisting with sales and to increase brand awareness.

· Travelling across Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire & North London to carry out duties.


Requirements:

· At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar engineering role, responsible for servicing & maintaining equipment.

· Our client will consider maintenance & field service engineers both on-site and in the field.

· Candidates from the domestic sector will not be considered. You need at least commercial or industrial experience as an engineer with service & maintenance duties.

· An appetite to learn and develop.

· Full UK drivers license
