Job Description:

Williams Racing is seeking a skilled Composite Technician (Trim & Fit) to join our dedicated weekend team, playing a crucial role in creating high-performance components for our F1 cars.

Responsibilities:
  1. Transform high-performance carbon fibre components with meticulous trimming and fitting.
  2. Assemble and bond composite parts to exacting F1 standards.
  3. Execute precision repairs using specialized techniques.
  4. Collaborate across departments to optimize production.
  5. Contribute to the iconic Williams Racing legacy.
Schedule:

Saturday - Monday (33 hours), providing a work-life balance with four days off per week.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in composite trimming and assembly (F1 experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of adhesive specifications and surface preparation techniques.
  • Attention to detail and a precision-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
