Composite Technician – Laminating (Days)

At Alpine Formula One Team, we have an opportunity to join our well-established Composites department as a Composite Technician – Laminating on Day shift.

We are looking to add to our excellent team with individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence – and ultimately a championship contending team.

Composite Technician - The Role

Reporting to the Cell Lead, the main responsibility of this role will involve laminating composite race car components to first class levels of quality and output. Here at Alpine Racing, you will be working with state-of-the-art equipment and a driven team to deliver excellence.

Key Accountabilities Include
  1. Laminate composite components in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
  2. Ensure all materials used are correct and meet the required standards.
  3. Maintain high levels of quality and output in line with departmental expectations.
  4. Identify and report any non-conformances clearly and promptly, following internal procedures.
  5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines and performance targets.
Composite Technician – The Person

You will be able to interpret detailed engineering drawings and ideally have extensive experience working within a motorsport composite laminating environment. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, alongside the ability to work under pressure.
