We have an opportunity for a Composite Race Support Technician to join the Team at the new Silverstone Facility. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. Team members are encouraged to challenge established thinking and share their ideas to create an environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success.

  • Shape composite components with high precision using specialised hand tools, power tools, and guiding systems
  • Assemble composite structures to a standard suitable for immediate track use and prepare and repair composite parts as required, including finishing tasks such as sanding and surface smoothing
  • Join composite elements using bonding agents, mechanical fasteners, and other approved methods and read and interpret technical drawings, work schedules, and written instructions to meet exact specifications
  • Perform in-process quality checks in accordance with Cadillac Formula One Team's standards to identify defects or non-conformities
  • Accurately maintain all relevant production and build records and consistently follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence and maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area

  • Proven experience in composite trimming, finishing, and assembly within a Formula 1 environment and skilled in using both hand and power tools with exceptional precision
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering the highest quality standards and effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities efficiently
  • Adaptable, flexible, and committed to achieving team objectives
  • Willing to work varied shifts or schedules as required and dedicated to maintaining a safe and well-organised working environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised and willing and able to travel to events when required
