We have an opportunity for a Composite Race Support Technician to join the Team at the new Silverstone Facility. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. • Shape composite components with high precision using specialised hand tools, power tools, and guiding systems.
• Assemble composite structures to a standard suitable for immediate track use.
• Prepare and repair composite parts as required, including finishing tasks such as sanding and surface smoothing.
• Join composite elements using bonding agents, mechanical fasteners, and other approved methods.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work schedules, and written instructions to meet exact specifications.
• Perform in-process quality checks in accordance with Cadillac Formula One Team's standards to identify defects or non-conformities.
• Accurately maintain all relevant production and build records.
• Consistently follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area.
