The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering/project management capabilities with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, design, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.
  • Develop detailed scopes, budgets, timelines, and quotes, collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance during project design, development, and implementation phases.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project compliance with quality standards, ISO accreditations, and 5S improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on progress, budget adherence, and resource allocation.
  • Sales Support & Client Engagement
    • Support the Sales function by participating in pre-sales meetings, technical presentations, and proposal development.
    • Attend tradeshows, networking events, and client hospitality settings to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Help position the company as a partner early in client project planning cycles.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new project and partnership opportunities through proactive lead generation.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Executive and leadership team to align technical solutions with client requirements.
    • Negotiate and close project-related sales opportunities, ensuring alignment between commercial terms and delivery feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Act as the link between Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Production to ensure technical and commercial goals are aligned.
    • Work with subcontractors and suppliers to manage project-specific procurement and external production needs.
  • Continuous Improvement & Strategy
    • Identify process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and technical innovations to enhance project efficiency and client value.
    • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine offerings and maintain competitive edge.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong composite manufacturing/technical experience, specifically pre-preg.
    • Proven experience in project management and technical sales or solution engineering.
