Our Advanced Automotive/Motorsport Client in Brackley is recruiting for a number of Composite Laminators and Trimmers to join their team on the day shift. The company offers a competitive salary and clear professional progression targets.

Skills Required:

1. Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products including F1 and Motorsport
2. Checking information on drawings is clear
3. Checking route card instructions are correct
4. Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
5. Keep all equipment maintained
6. Motorsport/Automotive experience
7. Familiar with pre-preg autoclave processes
8. Good understanding of engineering drawings
