Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1 Team at our Silverstone facility is seeking a dedicated Composite Laminator for a day shift (4 days x 10 hours, Monday – Thursday). You will laminate composite components and prepare materials, supporting high-performance race car manufacturing.

You will follow detailed work instructions, inspect components for quality, and collaborate with the assembly team to ensure seamless integration while maintaining safety and organized work practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions and technical specifications to ensure product conformity
• Prepare materials and set up equipment needed for lamination
• Inspect and test composite components for quality and accuracy prior to assembly
• Collaborate with the assembly team to ensure smooth integration of laminated components.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations
• Report any issues or defects to supervisors and suggest improvements as needed
