Red Bull Racing & Technology are looking for Composite Laminators to join our well-established Composites team. Based in the heart of our innovative and state of the art manufacturing facility, this great opportunity is perfect for those wanting to start or continue their journey in F1.

In this role, you will manufacturing complex structural & non-structural components to the highest standards, working meticulously in accordance with our standard operating procedures, following detailed engineering drawings, ensuring precision and excellence in every task. Your hard work and contribution will directly impact the success and performance of our team including customer projects.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a Composite Laminator position within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
  • Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries.
  • Proficiency in using air tools for basic trimming.
  • Self-motivator with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work to very tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to handle challenging situations and delivery pressures.
