Responsibilities

1. Operate Ultrasonic GFM cutting machine to cut kits for production staff.
2. Re-nest kits to cut efficiently to avoid material waste.
3. Ensure material is stored correctly and temperature history is recorded.
4. Ensure kits are cut according to customer delivery schedules.
5. De-weed cut patterns, pre-stick plies, and kit accurately to part/serial numbers.
6. Control material stock, ensure it is in date, and always have sufficient stock.

Skills and Qualifications

A successful Composite Prep Shop Operator will have the following skills:

• Ability to work methodically and follow procedures
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
