Job description:

You will contribute to the design of composite components and associated tooling. We encourage innovation and sharing ideas to foster a collaborative environment.

What you will be doing:
  • Develop layouts and schemes for composite assemblies, ensuring optimal design and functionality.
  • Create detailed CAD models and drawings of composite components and tooling.
  • Prepare manufacturing information for composite production, including materials, techniques, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Guide and supervise Graduate Designers to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Formula 1 or top-tier motorsport is essential.
  • Proven experience in composite design, including bodywork, wings, bumpers, and interior components.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably CATIA 3DX.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of composite materials, their properties, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and IT proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
