Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating multi-axis CNC machines.
  • Experience with Siemens 840D controls.
  • Experience machining aluminium alloys, stainless steels and tool steels.
  • Understanding of CAM, ideally Open Mind hyperMILL.
  • Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE design tools is desirable.
  • Experience in pattern work and tooling would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Set and operate multiple multi-axis CNC machining centres to produce components.
  • Manufacture components accurately from CAD data and drawings.
  • Maintain component programmes and tooling records.
  • Support TPM, workplace cleanliness and health and safety compliance.
