Are you an experienced care professional with a passion for training, compliance, and quality improvement? Do you thrive in a dynamic, hands-on role where you can make a real impact? If so, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
As a Compliance & Training Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care standards, staff development, and regulatory compliance across multiple care homes. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel and overnight stays, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a varied and active work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training & Development: Supporting and developing Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Carers through tailored training programs.
  2. Complaints & Safeguarding: Ensuring concerns are logged, investigated, and resolved promptly.
  3. Clinical Oversight: Keeping logs updated and proactively managing pressure sores, DoLs, falls, and weight monitoring.
  4. External Inspections: Preparing homes for regulatory and compliance inspections (typically one per month).
  5. On-Call Support: Participating in the Jasmine weekend on-call rota (approximately every third weekend).
  6. Improving Compliance & Care Standards: Working on-site with struggling homes, supporting Home Managers to enhance care quality and operational standards (often requiring overnight stays).

What We’re Looking For:

  1. At least 2 years experience as a Deputy Manager or similar leadership role within an elderly care home.
  2. At least 1 year of experience delivering training (e.g., manual handling, fire safety, medication, or care planning).
  3. NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent) and a willingness to study for NVQ Level 5 and/or 7 (or be a registered nurse).
  4. Computer literacy (email, Excel, Word).
  5. Full UK driving licence and comfortable driving long distances regularly.
  6. Willingness to work away from home Monday to Friday as required.

What’s in it for You?
Competitive salary and benefits package. Opportunity to work across multiple sites and make a real impact. Ongoing career development and support. A varied and rewarding role with autonomy and flexibility.

If you have the experience, passion, and drive to enhance compliance and training standards in elderly care, we’d love to hear from you! For further information, please call Chloe on (phone number removed) or email your up to date CV to (url removed).
