A leading financial institution seeks a Testing Governance Vice President in Risk Management and Compliance to oversee governance and execution of testing programs. As a Testing Governance Vice President in Risk Management and Compliance, you will be responsible for supporting the governance and monitoring day-day execution of the testing program, primarily for the Corporate Functions. This role ensures that compliance testing activities are conducted effectively, consistently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The Testing Governance VP will work closely with various stakeholders across First Line of Defense and Compliance Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) to develop test plan, testing strategies, implement robust governance frameworks, including senior management reporting and escalation.
The primary responsibility of the CCOR Testing Program Governance and Oversight (TPGO) Team, which sits in the 2LOD and reports through the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and Firmwide Risk Executive for Compliance and Operational Risk, is to provide independent oversight of the M&T Program, including the TCoE and testing performed in CCOR.
