About the company

This is a well-loved restaurant brand with a loyal following and a big presence across the UK (and beyond). Known for bold flavours and a vibrant culture, they believe in more than just great food – they’re about belonging, inclusivity and creating memorable experiences for their people and their customers.

The role

This is a newly created role within the Technical Sourcing team, giving you the chance to put your stamp on it. You’ll work closely with the Head of Technical and collaborate with teams across supply chain, food innovation and sustainability – making sure products meet the highest standards of safety, quality and ethics.

What you’ll be doing

  • Keeping food policies and processes up to date with legislation, best practice and emerging risks
  • Managing audits, lab testing and quality systems to ensure suppliers meet (or beat!) brand standards
  • Working across teams to spot trends and improve how the supply chain operates
  • Building relationships with suppliers and partners across the UK and internationally
  • Helping shape how quality and safety support the brand’s ambitious growth plans

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in food manufacturing or retail, ideally fast-paced and multi-site
  • Strong experience managing food certification standards, audits and quality systems
  • Knowledge of BRCGS/GFSI requirements and food industry legislation
  • Qualifications like HACCP (min Level 3), Allergen Management, Auditing and Food Labelling/Law
  • Confident communicator who can influence, collaborate and solve problems
  • Someone who lives and breathes values like pride, passion, courage, integrity and teamwork

Why you’ll love it

  • Be part of a brand-new role with plenty of scope to make it your own
  • Work on projects that touch quality, sustainability and innovation
  • Collaborate with talented people across multiple teams and locations
  • Enjoy a culture that encourages individuality, growth and belonging
