a positive impact.

Our team of c6,000 remarkable individuals forms the core of all that we undertake. Their genuine passion drives the creation of

delectable products for UK consumers, prominent retailers, and our thrilling market-leading brands such as Wall's Pastry, Squeaky

  • To support the Head of Technical in driving the strategic technical plans across key areas.
  • To ensure that key metrics regarding customer satisfaction are known, understood and that effective steps are in place to manage these.
  • To ensure that there are effective systems in place for managing change within the facility, challenging existing working practices to drive best-in-class but which emphasise a one team approach where needs are balanced.
  • Primary co-ordinator for the control and issue of technical related documentation.
  • To ensure that all activities and responsibilities are undertaken in an effective manner which protects the health, safety and welfare of all individuals at site – not necessarily just those reporting to technical.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Advanced Food Hygiene (Level 4 or equivalent) – minimum (desirable)
