Compliance Surveyor (Heating Services) needed in Honiton

The rate is £240.96 per day PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will support the Compliance & Cyclical Servicing Manager and the wider housing service in achieving the priorities and objectives. They will be liaising and overseeing all areas of the housing service in achieving all health and safety legislation in relation to this.

They will be administrating the servicing of gas appliances and safety inspections in the housing stock, liaising with contractors and customers, to include the statutory process of legal inspection notifications to tenants to ensure full statutory compliance and overseeing and manage all repairs arising from the above cyclical servicing/inspections.
